Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

9. Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
